This was an event I helped put on for National Restaurant Association weekend. It was live wrestling. We brought in a very awesome dude by the name of Colt Cobana to film some promo stuff. Below is the video menu. You’ll want to scrub through it.

Hobo Cocoa

Hobo Cocoa is a concept design for hot cocoa. Each can comes with a symbol on top. The paper is recycled grocery bags as a token of frugality. These symbols are part of the hobo code. This design won a gold Brass Ring award.


Dinosaur! was a short-lived funk band in Oklahoma City. I created their logo and did some gig posters for their tour.   The Logo is a triceratops with an afro charging at you. It represents the fun energy of their music.

Chef Kevin

This was for my good friend and roommate. He is an amazing private chef. A chef’s knife is hidden between the K and the E.

Cirque Du Flambe: Speakeasy

“Cirque du Flambe” is an annual event that my company throws every year during the National Restaurant Association convention in Chicago. This year’s theme was Speakeasy. I do most of the branding and ambiance of the event. This includes logos, food signage, table tents, etc.    

Umphrey’s McGee

Umphrey’s McGee is a band based out of Chicago. A while back they had a logo design contest. This is my entry. The design is based off the Cloud Gate (or “Bean”) sculpture in Millennium Park. Orchids in October is an annual award luncheon where the Myriad Gardens Foundation Board of Directors recognizes a unique individual who has significantly impacted the beauty and success of the Gardens. Proceeds support new plantings and general beautification.
